Our Place Investment
The official date for all our place investment till date is Oct 1. From this week, the "Our Place Investment" is open again at 10% /annum markup on the initial investment numbers due to rental gains already made. This brings the investment values to N255,000 per unit with an admin fee of N15,000.
In this current window of investment, distributors are allowed to invest N51,000 and still pay an admin fee of N15,000. Please note that all our place investments have a 5yrs holding period before you can collect your capital.
