Cooperators - members and intending

Exciting things are happening in Avenues to Wealth but more importantly great things are happening with the Cooperative.

The cooperative last month exceeded 2000 people in membership. It is a step in the right direction and we look forward to crossing the 5000, 50000, 500000 and the 1 million people mark in the days to come.

We couldn't have achieved this without the support of every present member who has shared their positive opinions and testimonies of the cooperative with others, thereby giving them the opportunity to themselves register. An excerpt from one of such testimonies is shown below:

"The A2W cooperative started at a time when I concluded I needed to have a reserve, so I plugged in immediately in July 2010. I had worked for about 7 years then earning a very good salary but I didn't have anything to show for it. I made up my mind to ensure my savings were consistent and that whatever I saved was safe from me. I started with a N25,000 per month savings and bought 200 units of share capital valued at N200,000. 6 months down the line my shares had increased in value to N220,000 as a bonus from the cooperative. Savings

Savings should be an important part of our lives. The Cooperative is committed to providing the appropriate atmosphere to realise this. Every month, we would consistently send sms'es and emails to serve as reminders for us to save. We understand how hard this might be some times but in the words of M.K. Soni, "all days are not the same, save for a rainy day. When you don't work, savings will work for you".

Renewal

The Cooperative last month announced a special renewal plan for her members. With just #28,000, you can make your full renewal and get active for another full year of amazing opportunities and benefits. Simply ensure you have the required sum in your Cooperative account and follow the process below:

• Log in to your expired privilege pack
• Below the message that says your PP has expired, click on the link that reads 'access the coop area'
• Click on the Renew Privilege Pack box
• Select "Special Renewal Pack"
• Fill in #28000 under the plan where you want it deducted from and you become active for the next 1 year

Share Capital Investments

The Share Capital plan is opened 4 times in a year. The final window for the year was opened on the 1st of October and would run till 31st October. Minimum investment amount remains #55,000 and for existing investors, you can top up at #1100 per unit. The next set of juicy dividends would be announced in January. Our Place Investment

The first phase of the Our Place Investment plan closed in September with over 100 members on board and over 1000 units sold. Between August and now, the Invested amount has already gained value. Another opportunity is open for all to be a part of it. With a token #51,000, you can now be a part of the new plan. You can invest in multiples of #51,000 and only with a once off service charge payment of #15,000. Note that the projected profit per annum is at 20% with a capital holding of 5 years.

Cooperative AGM

The Cooperative is working on having an annual general meeting soonest. This is aimed at intimating members with the past, present and future of what the cooperative is doing for members. The plan is to hold one in Lagos and Port Harcourt. Stay tuned.
