Our Office

Writing this to you today, marks one of the most exciting things I have written this year. I am happy and excited that I am able to write this to you, despite all the challenges we have had. It's a new day for Avenues to Wealth in Nigeria as we just secured for the first time since our almost 4yrs of existence, our very own Nigerian Head Quarters Office. We have the property locked down for 10yrs, and it's ample space for us to develop and grow to our next level. It was quite challenging to seal this deal, it's really a long story and the story for another day. They said one of the signposts to your Canaan is the presence of giants.

It's a one acre plot of land that houses 6 different units of buildings. This once served as a secondary school, but is being redesigned at the moment into a state of the art events place suitable for the A2W brand and commercially viable. Now we can boldly tell all our prospects that we are here to stay, and are working from here to owning our own Camp within the next 10yrs. We are in discussions regarding this for suitable places in Lekki already.

Our current property is going to host a few choice event centers (now our big events can take place within our premises), we have capacity to park 100 cars (no more worries about where to park), we would be having a few bed and breakfast rooms, our administrative office, a showroom for our shop electronics and meeting rooms galore! You have heard we have only just begun, the best way to leverage on all of this, is to build your team. We are looking better than ever before, get your friends and family on board!!

Glo CUG

There has been a lot of effort in recent times to migrate people from the N1000, GLO CUG options to N800 monthly rentals. This migration has been far from perfect as many people have had one issue or the other stemming from lack of communication, and what seems to many as outright fraud and rape by GLO Management. If you have had any issues of double charging, or having your credits stripped please kindly send a detailed email to Nigeria@avenuestowealth.com as we are on the verge of getting a refund on all genuine cases.

Please note in the meantime however that there are costs for calls made between N800 monthly rentals people and N1000 monthly rentals people. This is wrong, but is the way the Glo CUG system works. This means it's in our best interest that we all migrate quickly. Migration takes place between 4pm and 5pm on days that will be alerted to you on your CUG line. Please ensure that you load before 4pm to be part of the migration.

While we are working hard to retrieve all double charges and illegal charges from GLO, please help to ensure full compliance so they don't pass the buck to us by saying we did not comply. Together we will rise through this, and have a bigger, better and cheaper network. Also ongoing we can begin to market the CUG opportunity to non A2W distributors as we have numbers that they can use already as well, for N800 monthly. This can help A2W members reach a larger audience of prospects easily.

There has been a lot of energy dissipated in the last few weeks to ensure people begin to develop financial literacy. It's paying off, as many more people are getting to earn extra income, many more are beginning to build a cash reserve and looking out for opportunities. In the heat of these learning's however, many people have forgotten the first rule of financial intelligence – Earn more Income!

The greatest demonstration of financial intelligence is increased income. You can increase income in Avenues to Wealth via many of the avenues, the one that still provides the most stable and highest income potential is from building your team. Do not lose focus of this stream of income. You can grow your team and earn more. The value in all the other streams is that you have plenty of things to talk about and share with your referrals about why to be a part of A2W. Success is a result of having a burning desire, setting clear goals, developing yourself to be the kind of person deserving of your results, and doing something daily that takes you closer to your dreams!

Do you have an event centre that you use for seminars?

Do you know how to get your rewards into your account in Naira or Dollars?

If you don't know how to do these things you are not likely to succeed in this business. If you know how to do it and are not doing it, you are still joking about this business opportunity. Success is not a function of what you do occasionally it's a function of what you do regularly. Successes are people who do frequently what failures do occasionally.

Someone called me up recently and exclaimed that he just realized that even though he thought the Property Ownership deal was a great deal, he just realized that owning a privilege pack and building his team to earn $6,000 per annum made him equivalent to a landlord who was collecting N1m as rental income per annum. The referral part of this business is awesome, and it's going to take a lot of our focus from next month! Position yourself for success.

Our shop is a work in progress. There is so much work going on behind the scenes on this one, the first model is about to be set up. As soon as this is done, and we have tested it out well, we will scale up. It would be a miracle to do 20 in the next one year, but we are working at it.

Financial and Business Intelligence is progressing well. We are currently on the 7th episode. We'll be doing exams for the first set of students soon.
