New Organization Structure
Avenues to Wealth Nigeria over the last 3 years has grown in leaps and bounds. The network has grown from less than 3,000 to over 37,000 distributors. The business has grown from one presentation and support centre to over 100 presentation and support centers. The number of leaders have also grown by over 1000%. Avenues to Wealth is a growing phenomena, and I am glad to announce to you that we have only just begun!
Over the last year, we have had the opportunity of experimenting with the role of an Operations Director. This role was meant to be in charge of product and deal creation, corporate clients management, distributor deal management, quality assurance and new innovations like Our Shop. The struggles and challenges we have faced in all of these, is a testament to the failure of this experiment.
While we have continued to pay the Operations Director role, we have consistently relied on volunteers to support in all of these to keep the business progressing. Our choice of Operations Director was regrettably faulty, and we have an opportunity today to right our wrongs and move the network to the next level, with competent and trustworthy hands. Things are about to change, and the only way to make change happen, is to discontinue doing things the same way.
Effective from the start of this month, Mr. Emmanuel Chukwu was released from his role as the Operations Director and his involvement with A2W has ceased. We are excited to be replacing this one role with 3 new roles. This way we'll be able to handle the growth expected due to the power system.

Are You Interested in Extra Income?
From the day you become financially aware, and begin the journey to developing intelligence, there are a few things you realize:
- Financial Freedom only happens when passive income exceeds living expenses. Only when you are free are you able to truly pursue your dreams.
- To Earn Passive income, you must focus on creating assets.
- To create Assets, you must know what assets are and what they are not.
- To know what assets are, you must strongly desire to be financially free, and not pursue security.
- To build your asset portfolio, you need to have a positive monthly cashflow, your income must be more than your expense and you must have a deliberate target to create assets.
- To have a good monthly cashflow, your income must increase, and your expenses must be managed.
If you do not understand fully the meaning of what you have just read, you need to invest in financial intelligence. If you do understand, then you need extra streams of income. We are also putting together a system on financial intelligence which would become our edge in pushing this business to the next level. We have been receiving calls from companies, worship centers, schools and more for financial intelligence workshop sessions.

Yes! You sure have been waiting for this one!
Our shop entered pre-launch July last year, in the period it has been in testing, we have learnt a lot about what can work, and what will not work. We have worked with volunteers, worked with a software built on the go, and had issues with emails and managing orders. We have decided to take advantage of all these lessons and work aggressively towards launching "Our Shop" properly by July this year.
To all who have helped and participated during this testing period, thank you so much for you patronage, your feedback, positive and negative have helped, and we are now positioning for the NEXT LEVEL.
We have discovered we have two types of customers, the ones that enjoy and understand cashback, and the ones that enjoy and understand discounts. Our revised strategy will take both into account. Remember that when we started our shop, we shared the vision that we will be opening up shops on every street in the future. Well, the future, starts NOW!
We are currently working on software to run our shop, with barcodes, inventory management, shopping cart, and easy ordering. We are also working on a model to ensure A2W can rent shops, brand the shops, own the shop software, empower distributors to own and stock their shops from A2W mega deals and earn income from operating their shops. The public will buy at a small discount, members at bigger discounts and the shop owners will be supported to make monthly profit. Yes A2W discount shops are going offline!
There are 2 ways you can now own a part of our shop!
- By indicating interest in investing in "Our Shop". The total volume of shares for our shop would be communicated to interested distributors and an analysis of possible returns on investment.
- By indicating interest in owning one of the branded A2W Shop franchises. You will need to specify your name, number, email, state, city and location of choice. You would also need to find an available shop space of about 30sqm to 50sqm within high traffic areas close to you.
These new shops will give our company visibility and hence help us to drive more sales. These shops will also serve as empowerment centers from which distributors can buy products and redistribute within their neighborhoods.

The Power Conference DVDs are now available, please call any of the customer service lines to pay and pick. The power conference has had a very positive effect on participants, please don't be left out.
The Promotion is on, and prizes are available to be won. For past unpicked prices, please contact any of the customer service lines to ensure you pick them up. All prizes not collected by the end of this March will be forfeited. Promotion one contenders will show once they have 5 vouchers. Promotion 2 contenders would show once they have 50 vouchers. Vouchers exceeding 200 can be carried over to next season, and vouchers above 100 can be transferred to another distributor after the promotion ends. All vouchers less than 100 for promotion B will not count.
The financial intelligence workshops have been really effective in getting people into A2W at amazing conversion rates, and people who haven't been earning before are now earning weekly.
